A warm welcome awaits you at our quiet, scenic, updated, spacious, lawned 1.75 acre well kept 5 van CL site. Scenic country and sea views. We are only 1 mile from Cwmtydu Cove, 3 miles from harbour/sandy beach of New Quay. This heritage coastline is a haven for buzzards, red kites, dolphins, seals, walkers and bird watchers. Also available B&B and cottages.

Directions to site:
From the North and West Aberystwyth
From Aberystwyth head for Cardigan on the A487 for about 21 miles to
Synod Inn and keep going straight for a further 0.8 mile turn right at cross roads before a church with railings.
From the West, Cardigan,
Proceed along the A478 towards Aberystwyth to Plwmp, then in 1.5miles turn left at the church with railings immediately after The Forge, Blacksmiths,
From the South Carmarthen ,
Head North / East on the A484 and then right North / East on the along the A486 to Synod inn, turn left on the A487 for 0.8 miles, turn right at cross roads before a church with railings.
After you have turned at the Church signposted Caerwedros 2 Llwyndafydd 2¼ & Cwmtydu 4 Proceed straight on passing minor roads and junctions for 2.2 miles to a second cross roads with a green metal book store on your left,
Go straight over towards Cwm Tydu. Go past the first house on the crest of the hill, and on the decent, look for our signs on your right in 0.4 miles from cross roads. Caravans prepare for a tight right turn into site. DO NOT proceed past our site as the roads become unsuitable,
Whilst towing it is strongly advised not to approach by other routes, and please ignore Sat Nav’s telling you different
Longer twin axle outfits may prefer to enter via our field gate in front of them for an easier turn in, please ask for details when booking
It is unadvisable to go into New Quay with a caravan, as roads tend to be narrow.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1This is a CL site for ‘Caravan Club’ Members only. There will be no more than 5 units on the site at any time. Membership numbers will be asked for at time of booking, if not available at that time, must be given with deposit or latest, upon arrival on site.
2Our Season. We are open from the week before Easter to the end of September. Motor homes are accepted between Mid May to Mid September, {Caravanette’s all season as per caravans}
3Your pitch consists of a spacious mowed pitch with expansive country and varying sea views. Allocation will be clear upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate specified preferred pitches, but can make no guarantee that a particular pitch will be available upon arrival.
4Includes, a 16amp 240 volt electric hook-up point. Fresh water tap on the site and Chemical emptying point outside the toilet facilities. Use of the toilets and free hot water electric shower. Use of our dog exercise area, our information centre. We have a washing machine and tumble drier at an extra charge.
5Permitted on the pitch. Your unit may consist of a single caravan and towing vehicle, or motor home up to 5.5metres overall length, or Trailer tent, and you may also have a single pup tent for members of your party. This will be ancillary to the main unit and will not be a separate living unit.
You party, may be up to a maximum of 6 occupants including babies children and dogs. Larger parties may be acceptable subject to additions fees.
6Ground sheets / tents. Only breathable groundsheets will be permitted. Tents with impervious ground sheets will need to be moved once a week.
7Pitch fees. These will be advised upon making your initial enquiry. The pitch fees may vary during the season and according to the size of your party. They may to be in excess of those stated in the “CL Directory hand book” as it is only issued every two years.
8Additional parties. Extra visiting “day visitors”. We must be prior notified, and we may make extra charges of which become collectable from the original booked party. These extra visitors must abide by site rules, especially dogs on leads, and will not be expected to stay overnight.
9Dogs and Cats A maximum of two dogs will be permitted. These must at all times be under control and on a lead. Dogs may be off a lead in the exercise area, as long as the owner has full control. Dogs must not foul the site area and owners must clear up after their dog at all times.
Cats also must be tethered or caged and not allowed to wander freely. Owners must clear up after their cat at all times.
10Bookings and enquiries will be accepted by phone or E mail, whereupon availability and pitch costs will be advised. If you want to proceed with a booking you will be asked for :-
Name – address – contact phone number – Membership number – Type of touring accommodation ie. caravan / motor home / trailer tent – number of adults – children – dogs. Finally :- A request for an approximate 30% non returnable deposit, and confirmation of where to send such deposit.
“Why do we insist on a deposit ?”
As our site is likely to be fully booked during the summer months, and we need to ensure that bookings once made, are honoured. A deposit guarantees your pitch will be available for you upon arrival.
12Twin bookings. Double bookings are acceptable and we will endeavour to provide two adjacent pitches. If the person making the booking, books for both parties and sends a double deposit, then that person, will become liable for the cost of both bookings in full. It is advised that both parties send deposits in their own right, and each becomes liable for their part of the booking , in the event of a cancellation.
13Proposed members will be able to book, by assurance that they will be full members at time of arrival, and a membership card can be shown upon arrival
14The booking is considered provisional and held for 5 working days, after that period, if no deposit is received, the booking will be considered cancelled without further notification from us. Confirmation of receipt of the deposit, will not normally be sent unless a self addressed stamped envelope is enclosed with your deposit.
15Cancellations. When you make a booking you are making a contract, and are bound to pay the full amount.
Deposits are non refundable, and once booked, you become liable for the full amount of the booking. Unless after we are notified of you cancelling your booking, we are able to re-let the pitch for the entire duration of your proposed stay. In this event a refund will be possible less an administration fee of £5.00
16Arrival / Departure times, Arrival and departure time is 12.00 Noon . You may arrive earlier by prior arrangement but may be asked to park in the holding area if your pitch is not yet vacated, this area will not have an electric hook up. Departure may be slightly later only by specific prior arrangement, and you will again be asked to de pitch and park in the holding area. Latest arrival is 7.00pm whereupon the pitch may be re-let. Later arrival is acceptable provided we are notified.
17 Payment of any outstanding Fees becomes due in full upon arrival. You may also be required to show your up to date membership card at this time.
